The Murdochs have proved their point

There is one glaring fact to consider. The Councils rent rise was 12% and the Murdochs themselves have openly confirmed that thier true value is 80%. Obviously the Murdoch's will concede that they owe Fremantle council the difference. Surely Fremantle council will now amend their figures and pass on the 'correct' increase to the Murdochs.

Divine retribution? Can't wait for the next rental review on the head-lease.
